Project Manager

 

A growing NH based construction company is currently searching for a Project Manager to handle a wide variety of construction projects. An ideal candidate will have experience working as a Project Manager in a construction environment and a verifiable track record of success. Knowledge of interior and exterior residential and commercial construction, commercial fit-ups and multi-family buildings is preferred.

 

Duties Include:

• Develop sales strategies for service of residential exterior projects such as roofs, siding, decks and windows.

• Develop and maintain relationships with both current and potential clients to market company services

• Estimate and price all work to maximize volume and profitability

• Estimate, monitor, and supervise the deployment of all projects to ensure quality, and timely execution of project goals

• Daily interaction with Superintendent & Foreman to ensure customer requirements are being met

Qualifications:

• High school diploma (minimum)

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Business- Sales/Marketing a plus

• 3-5+ years related construction experience

• Ability to read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and specifications
